This short story is about Jazz and friendship between an old legendary American jazz musician and a European young musician. From the beginning of their friendship the old man tries to teach the young man that notes are not everything, but to play emotion is more important. The old musician gives the young man a suit that he wore as a young man. With the death of the master, this suit becomes a metaphor because the young man plays the first time he is wearing this suit.
